Chinese companies are known for their unique ability to design products and make tons of money by selling them to the United States and other countries. Some of us have first hand experienced Employers acting certain ways and doing certain things that are questionable to their authority but what we have come across that is going on in China is down right trifling. We all know how the Chinese are organized and disciplined but this one is off the rocker.
China is one of the few existing countries that also flourished economically and culturally in the earliest stages of world civilization. Indeed, despite the political and social upheavals that frequently have ravaged the country, China is unique among nations in its longevity and resilience as a discrete politico-cultural unit. Even when the country was penetrated by such “barbarian” peoples as the Manchu, these groups soon became largely absorbed into the fabric of Han Chinese culture, and to top it off…they force their people to do horrible things. These Chinese companies are more savage than any encountered.
Traditional culture in society also has profound impact on employees’ action. Traditional Chinese people are required to be a wiser, diligent, kind man with responsibility to family and nation. Limited by such thoughts, people have to undertake the burden which might not be necessary to themselves.
In conclusion, there are many causes for this phenomenon. From my point of view, ambition of change, unsoundness of social welfare system as well as traditional culture in China are main factors for this situation.
